🚚 Position Purpose
As a CIT Crewman, you will be responsible for the safe collection and delivery of clients’ money, ensuring the integrity of consignments and maintaining top-tier customer service and safety standards.
✅ Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- PSIRA Grade C Certification (Registered and Valid)
- Cash-in-Transit (CIT) Certificate (Essential)
- Firearm Competency: Minimum handgun qualification for business purposes
- Clear criminal record (no exceptions)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the security industry (CIT experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel and work overtime
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver client cash and valuables as per assigned route
- Maintain proof of delivery and collection
- Communicate any delays immediately to the Operations Manager
- Ensure constant radio contact with controllers
- Follow all CIT operational procedures and protocols
- Stay alert and report suspicious activity
- Receive, sort, and distribute consignments
- Comply with health, safety, and security procedures
