Do You Qualify?
TFG is calling all young South Africans aged between 18 and 28 who are eager to make a difference and start their careers in retail. Here’s what you need to qualify:
- Age: 18 to 28 years old
- Education: Matric is preferred, but the minimum requirement is Grade 10
- Employment status: You must be currently unemployed and available to work full-time
- Work experience: You should not have worked permanently for any single employer for more than 12 months
- Studies: You must not be engaged in full-time studies during the programme (April 2025 – March 2026)
- YES Participation: You must not have been part of any YES programme before
- Logistics: You must be able to manage your own transport and accommodation (if applicable)
- Employment Equity: Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in accordance with the Employment Equity Act
